slide show programs

I would like to use a different slide show program for our daily school announcements. We have been using PowerPoint for many years. I thought of using either Photo Story 3 or Windows Movie Maker but we need to add and delete slides on a daily basis and we need to be able to loop the movie/slide show. From what I can tell with these two programs I need to 'finish' the movie before we can loop it and then it won't let us add and delete slides. Are there any web 2.0 type programs that have the above capabilities? Thanks!
