A community for teacher-librarians and other educators

I would like to share a blog I created this summer to introduce Web 2.0 tools to teachers and students in our school district. I share it here because I formatted it to be copied by educators in other places. Our district firewall is very restrictive. I wanted to create positive conversation in hopes of creating change and awareness.
I'd love to have some feedback on this...it certainly is a work in progress!

Thank you for sharing your blog about Web 2.0 tools. It's fabulous! I put it in my RSS feeds so I can read your updates. I will explore Prezi more thoroughly. I looked at it briefly ealier in the summer but thought I had to pay for it. Now I will take a harder look at it. I appreciate your sharing.

Hi Katherine,

These are great tools to get folks started.

If you "wade" through my blog http://dawnelai.wordpress.com/ you will find may of these and others.

Some of my posts are a little long because they were being done for an assignment.

Presently , I too am trying to find wasy to have staff collaborate their professional ideas with 2.0's...

Sooo many tools sooo little time..

Thanks, Dawn! I'll take a look! I'm going the "small steps" route with my blog...so as to not overwhelm my teachers. I'm new to all this, too! I am amazed at the quantity of tools out there and how ignorant I was about their existance. :)
