Hi Liz,
I'm a teacher librarian & recently started a community based blog for getting boys to read - http://GettingBoysToRead.com. Please send me a friend request if you'd like to network, share ideas, and learn more about getting boys to read.

Sincerely,
Mike McQueen

I know Abbyville - great place for crawfish. My sister is at UNT on staff in the Behavioral Analysis department. She loves it but too hasn't gone for her doctorate yet. I graduated in 75, 76 and 81 from college.

Going to FETC (Flordia Educational Technology Conference) this month, but no more college for me.

How did Abbyville come out in Katrina?

I am from Louisiana also. Southeastern there for college and Commerce, TX for doctorate! Lived in Dallas, Irving, Carrollton as well as Clear Lake. Sister lived in Spring Branch. Where in Louisiana are you from originally? Bogalusa for me. Taught in Irving, and for the DCCC system. Worked in business and industry in Houston.
