About Me:
I'm barely surviving my first year as the librarian at University High School in Normal, IL. Even after six years as a high school librarian, a new job presents some tough new challenges! I love YA lit and library 2.0 goodies and try to bring both to my students & faculty.

Hi Abeaman,
I'm a teacher librarian & recently started a community based blog for getting boys to read - http://GettingBoysToRead.com. Please send me a friend request if you'd like to network, share ideas, and learn more about getting boys to read.

Sincerely,
Mike McQueen

Hi Anita,

That is comforting...somewhat : )

I spoke with Caroline yesterday after our 454 class about the group project that will be assigned for your class while I'm away. She said I could be in her group, if that's alright with you. And she could then meet with me when I return and give me the low down on the project.

Hi Anita,
It's great to have you as a member of the BCC group. What are some of your tough new challenges? How has bringing YA lit and Web 2.0 tools affected your collaborations?
So many questions already....
Best,
Judi
