I am retiring this year from my elementary school job in Wilmington, Delaware. It was made 1/2 time last year and it appears to be the same for the upcoming year. There are several full and 1/2 time openings (two can be combined to make one full time) in our district (Red Clay Consolidated). The school district contact is:

Welcome to ET-IL land! What is the enrollment at your high school?
I just finished reading Will Richardson's book, and I was delighted to see you quoted, held up as a role model, etc. When we met at the 21st Century Learning conference in Colorado Springs, I didn't realize that you were so famous! It's great to see you on a school library ning. I think that means you "get it" - that is, you understand the power of the technology specialist/teacher/librarian team. Best of luck in your new position. I'm sure you've hit the new school year with your running shoes on.
