Hi, Nancy. I've been lurking here for quite a while. And Nance, thanks - I no longer work in a high school - I work for a district of about 26,000 as an instructional technologist.

Hi, Bud,
I just finished reading Will Richardson's book, and I was delighted to see you quoted, held up as a role model, etc. When we met at the 21st Century Learning conference in Colorado Springs, I didn't realize that you were so famous! It's great to see you on a school library ning. I think that means you "get it" - that is, you understand the power of the technology specialist/teacher/librarian team. Best of luck in your new position. I'm sure you've hit the new school year with your running shoes on.
