I lived in Winnipeg for four years while my husband was stationed there. I taught at St.Charles Catholic School. I have fond memories of the zoo, Assiniboine park with Shakespeare in the park, and of course....the killer mosquitoes. I was there the year they stopped counting them in the traps and weighed them instead!
