I love this conversation as I am one who tells the students they may check out as many books as they feel they need and are willing to be responsible for. I find that most don't take but 1 to 3 at a time. But some of my avid readers to take several.…

Actually I just accepted a new job in an intermediate school {6-8} just last week. They are very interested in starting collaboration and during my interview indicated that they would like me to especially work on getthing math and science teachers in the library. So when I saw your new group, I thought hey this would be a great way to share ideas, get help and feedback, and lend support to others in the same boat.

It's great to have you in the BCC group. You have my dream job! When I was a classroom teacher, I taught fifth grade. That is my absolute favorite grade level! I appreciate the students' growing cognitive skills and the curriculum.
