I read a really positive review back this past winter about trailfire, which is something that leaves a sort of "trail" in regard to web pages on related topics. But now I've actually looked at it, and I'm wondering--is it worth it? Is it really that good? Could it be used for web-based pathfinders? I'm going to go ahead and experiment with it anyway, just to see what I can make it do. Any feedback of course--well, you all know the rest. :)

Just off the cuff - thought of capturing Trailfire results and movement in video presentations to jazz things up for student attention. (Should work once.) Will have to read terms to see if such use is legal.
Otherwise, the application is on my summer to-do list.

Thanks for recommending this. I just set up a trail there (debwaugh's trail). I'm not sure how useful it will be. I pretty sure I can't access it at school through the proxy server, but I'll try tomorrow. If it can be accessed from school, I agree that it's got great appeal as a new way to create pathfinders.

A new bit of knowledge about Trailfire. It is now being blocked by Windows as a possible security risk. Not sure why that is, but I'm working on finding out.
