About Me:: I'm a middle school librarian. Right now it's 1st hour and, to my left, a group of eighth graders is using biographical encyclopedias--via databases and in print--to research Latin American notables. Oddly, they're stone-cold quiet.

It's still early...

To my right, seventh graders have taken over my office to use it as a podcast studio. They're recording vintage-radio-show-style mysteries that they've written. Every once in a while I hear a funny sound effect.

So why am I here? I don't really know yet. I'll warn you though: I plan to steal your brains.

It's probably the most popular thing I have going online since I get so many comments from it. I believe the little girl is named Paula, and I'd like to thank her for giving me such an adorably awesome Internet identity.
