Another Blog?

No way! I'm not ready for this to be my main blogging resource, though I see in some forums that there are those who are ready for this to be their primary blogging tool. I have other blogs that I can point to, and they are at:
  • Scasl Blogs! The South Carolina Association of School Librarians sponsor a blog, and I am lucky enough to be a contributer. I wish i could say it is as popular as Sunlink, or some other state association blogs,

Hi Cathy

I went over to the NECC conference in San Antonio with the group from Australia, and I was totally inspired by what I learned at the Library 2.5 session. Well done!

I found one of your slideshows on SlideShare - one on RSS feeds - and I'm wondering if you'd mind if I refer to it at our school library conference in September? I have to take a session on RSS feeds and social bookmarking, and some of your slides were great.

Regards
Cathy

Don't you love Photobucket's easy slide shows? I use it on my ...gulp...annual holiday update each Christmas. I mainly just post at that time of the year and slap a little sticker on the Christmas cards I send out for folks to visit the blog and catch up on our year. Unfortunately, when I ask people if they looked at it they mostly look puzzled (only 1 post in 3 years.) But, I'll keep at it. Eventually they'll catch on.

Hi Cathy,

Sorry I missed you at UTC. This was my first time attending and I really enjoyed it. Read your blog this morning and it sounds like you have a busy summer!

Hello Cathy,

Thanks for inviting me as one of your friends. I see South Carolina is your home also. Beautiful country, isn't it? You have so many terrific ideas!
I need to get busy with reading them so I can learn more great, new ideas.

Sincerely,
Cheryl

I understand. We left big Orlando for a little small town life and are really enjoying it, but the developers are here, too...such is progress, I guess.--djb

Mt. Juliet has changed so much since you visited Dianne. We now have a huge shopping complex with a 2nd on it's way and several thousand more homes. My parents came down to visit from Iowa and were overwhelmed with how urban MJ has become. Still while driving with my family we saw the deer last night. They still come out and look at their past resting spots as if "how could this have happened?" Too much city stuff for this small town gal.
