Differentiation in high school 9th grade ELA class

Hello all!  I'm currently looking to help a GREAT ELA teacher in my school.  He is looking for some guidance when it comes to differentiating his instruction.  Anyone have any suggestions of resources that he can turn to for help.

He is looking for books, websites, and possibly other teachers in the same boat as he is in.  He teaches pretty large 9th grade classes (25-35 students).  We are an MYP school, so his instruction includes IB lesson planning.  He has very HIGH HIGH students and very LOW LOW students.  The class is team taught, so he does have an additional instructor working with him and the students.

Any advice will be much appreciated.
