Using MS Outlook Calender for library scheduling

Does anyone have any suggestions for using MS Outlook or Google Calendars as a way to schedule the library for classes, and other events?

Thanks!

I use Outlook.  My teachers can see the library calendar but they must collaborate with me to schedule. My IT dept set up the calendar as a public folder but only I have rights to edit.

Hi Elaine,

I use Outlook to schedule for my class periods and computer labs. I have three calenders that are nested under a single group I can open and close. I have shared the calendars with all of our teachers so they can see when the library and computer labs are available. You can set each calendar's permission to give teachers the ability to edit or limit to "view only".

The calendars are easy to create and help to keep me organized and on track.
