Podcasting with the younger kids

Recently, I've given podcasting a try at home on my Mac with my 8 year old. We used garage band and exported it to iWeb in about 5 minutes. It worked out really well, and was fun to do....I was wondering if anyone knows of the easiest way to go about podcasting with a larger group of students on PC's in the library. I have a mike, I just need to know the best programs to use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

While I am a Mac person at home, my work computers are also PCs. I have been successful using Audacity for student podcasts. You can fins the tutorial and a link to download the free software here:
