How do you manage technology as a part of your daily job activities in the media center?

I am in charge of a computer lab that is housed in the Media Center, a wireless cart that goes out to classrooms, and multimedia and projector carts, as well as being the first contact for technology issues in the classrooms of my school. In the lab, students check out the computers before they are allowed to use them. This allows us to keep a record of who is using what computer. It also provides an easy way to generate a usage report.
I would say that technology issues take up approximately half of my day.

I am in a similar boat; however, we have 4 carts and each Media Center has a 1/2 lab with a full lab attached (I am in charge of 2 locations). I am also the first call for tech support, and the only call for projectors, vcr/dvd's, and audio. I am also in charge of the Distance Learning Lab. I am the burner of most video projects (until I can teach the instructor). Luckily, I have clerks in both locations and a Tech Assistant. This still leaves an ever increasing technology burden. While I enjoy both, this does create concern.

I would say that technology takes up about 75% of my day...
