LGBT Books for Younger Teens?

Hi YA Lit Group-
I was hoping to generate some discussion on gay/lesbian books for younger teens. I enjoyed James Howe's Totally Joe very much and also Alex Sanchez's So Hard to Say. My YA collection already has Hartinger's Geography Club, Levithan's Boy Meets Boy, Sanchez's Rainbow Boys and Getting It (which are all great reads) but I am looking for titles focused on early adolescence for tweens that may not be ready for the sexual content that comes up in many of the current recommended titles.

I have heard that "Hit the Road Manny" by Christian Burch might also be good for lower middle school readers in terms of bringing in LGBT issues. I haven't read it yet though but have it on order.
