Flat Classroom® K-2 Bridges project ‘Building Bridges to Tomorrow’
Co-founders of Flat Classroom®, Julie Lindsay and Vicki Davis, are excited to be able to offer this global collaborative project to classrooms around the world. This project will run as a pilot for the coming semester, February-April 2012 and be open to Prep/Kindergarten, Grade 1, and Grade 2 classrooms (4-7

Judges sought for FCP 11-3
We are nearing the end of the Flat Classroom Project 2011-3 and students are finishing their multimedia artifacts over the next several weeks. Now is the time to sign up to be a judge! We invite all interested educators and observers to come and learn more about the project by volunteering to be a judge.

Greetings Mrsdurff,
I'm Mike McQueen, teacher librarian and founder of http://www.GettingBoysToRead.com. Like many school districts, we are in a financial crises. Our school board recently proposed to eliminate ALL 20+ middle school teacher librarians and also cut all 90+ elementary schools to half time. Since we are the biggest district in all of Colorado, we worry this will cause other districts to follow suit. We launched an online movement and are going to do our best to put up a good fight.
