What works for you?

I'm really impressed with how this ning is working. I have learned so much in the past few weeks. My best tip today came from a blog I found by reading a column from SLJ which explained how to make Google searching more effective by customizing a search using only the sites you personally select. What is your new or favourite quick tip for using technology and adding value to your program?

Lesley thanks for this great post. The best tip I have today is moving students files using SENDUIT. We have students who create powerpoints and try to email them to their teachers (doesn't always work). This is my new favorite quick easy way to transfer files temporarily. Look forward to hearing more!

Lesley, I have just done all the steps for a program School Library Learning 2.0 It has given me so many tools to use that I will have to revisit it often just to remember and continue to practice. I am somewhat computer literate, but this opened my eyes even more. Go explore, it is free. You can even earn continuing ed hours if you like.

I'm glad to hear that you made it to the end. I am on Week 3 Thing 6 and I find I can get lost for hours!
