TLNing (teacherlibrarian.org)

A community for teacher-librarians and other educators

Hi all

following the news about the free Ning service, I wondered what plans are being made for the future of the TLNing community Ning?

That is my question as well. What will happen to the nings already in existence for the school setting. I am just starting to get my feet wet and it is going to cost???????
I would be willing to pay a monthly/yearly fee to keep this TL Ning up and running! I think it's too valuable to lose. As for the Ning I just created for my school faculty...I'm just bummed because I don't think that's something my school will be willing to fund.
I am kinda sad and hoping we can continue using this wonderful NING, I would definitely help pay to keep it up and running.
Ginny,
I've been paying for this all along. We should have no problem. :-)

thank you for doing this; it's good to know that there's life for this useful resource.

Thank you! Joyce you are awesome, I will pay to help as well since this NING is so important.
Yes let us help contribute!
Hi, Joyce! You are awesome to pay for this ning! I would be willing to pay a little something myself! Although I haven't participated much, I do enjoy receiving and reading the discussions. This ning is worth its weight in gold and more!
How much are you paying to maintain this Ning network? I was thinking if creating TLN own domain with its own host is cheaper.
I would also love to contribute! Be it here on Ning or at our own domain!
