We are relocating to the DFW area at the end of this school year. We are looking at the Lewisville, Flower Mound, Keller, and other surrounding areas. I am looking at possible library positions for the 2009-2010 school year. I've have not taught in TX since 1993 and have noticed some districts looking for "Highly Qualified" applicants. Per TX standards, what does that mean?
