where in the world do you order library posters?  I have searched and searched on the net, but haven't found any posters that suit a library, and if I do they are almost 20.00 +  there must be a secret underground website that you go to!

Have you tried ALA? You might also try Highsmith (Upstart), Demco or Gaylord.
demco has good posters, especially for elementary

The Eric Carle museum has some really cute large posters. Some are in sets (and not just of Eric Carle books).
Prices are reasonable too.
